I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that whole heartedly believes in my professional ethic of the right to self determination. I believe we should all strive to live the life that suits us as individuals. I have spent years in the entertainment industry first as a performer then behind the scenes. I have worked with multiple artists and creative types and I really enjoy thinking outside of the box. I enjoy the outsiders, the rebels, the straight shooters. I am a working mother and I have experienced my share of heartache.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My approach is conversational. In our first session, I will begin an extensive assessment to gather history and details about you. I create safety and space to allow the conversation to flow. I will ask questions to better understand what you are looking for in therapy. Together we will develop goals that will guide but not control our time together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is that serving people feeds my soul. It energizes me to have the honor of walking beside you in you challenges. I am going through my own life transition right now as I begin to serve clients full time. I have left the safety of a corporate style job with all the benefits to live my purpose. I am living in the duality of life, afraid and optimistic at the same time.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I have a unique perspective on what it takes to be a working mother and primary provider. The clients that I really connect with are usually experiencing some sort of life transition that they need help navigating. This could be the ending of a marriage, a career shift, a mid-life crisis or infidelity. I love being able to witness my clients regaining control of their minds and lives as they build new skills.
