My treatment methods

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

Cognitive Processing Therapy is an evidence-based therapy that has proven to be effective in treating trauma. I integrate CPT into my work with individuals that have experienced trauma, however there are elements that are useful for many different experiences that an individual may face.

EMDR

I am certified in EMDR and use this regularly for individuals that have experienced traumatic events. It is a useful intervention for other issues that may arise outside of traumatic events. EMDR can be helpful for individuals that have found that traditional talk therapy hasn't helped to make the progress they are looking for.
