I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my degree from California State University, Northridge, and have been practicing for over 20 years. As a therapist I specialize in providing a supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. My goal is to help clients navigate life's challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and work towards their personal goals in a safe and confidential setting.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with individuals and families for over 20 years I am confident that I can help (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
As a psychodynamic therapist, I use different approaches to treat my clients. We will look to deeply understand how your lived experiences affect your current functioning. A treatment plan will be developed to address disfunction in your current life, coping skills will be explored and applied and with commitment to the process, your life can become more stable and happier.
