What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I help you identify an approach that works. I incorporate CBT and DBT to help you change negative thinking and eliminate unproductive behaviors. I use mindfulness practice to help you become more aware and tolerant of emotional discomfort. With IFS, you'll explore why change is difficult and find a way to move toward action.
