Allen has over 30 years clinical expertise in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning for psychiatric disorders. Allen is a life long resident of the Twin Cities. He is married and has 2 adult children. He graduated from St. Mary’s University in 1989. He has been a Licensed Psychologist in good standing since 1992.
