Allen specializes in the assessment and treatment of ADHD, learning and most psychiatric disorders. Allen has over 30 years clinical expertise in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning for psychiatric disorders. Allen is a life long resident of the Twin Cities. He is married and has 2 adult children. He graduated from St. Mary’s University in 1989. He has been a Licensed Psychologist in good standing since 1992.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
All clients complete an assessment. Based on needs and concerns, a plan is developed to work on problem solving and skill building. The approach is more "forward thinking" than talking about past difficulties.
