As a licensed clinical social worker and certified substance abuse counselor, I have considerable experience working with substance use disorders and trauma. I identify the unique needs of each individual and recognize that the same path is not suitable for everyone.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I understand and support abstinence-based, medication-assisted treatment and harm reduction models. I use various recovery tools such as mindfulness, CBT, 12-step and SMART work, relapse prevention planning, and motivational enhancement.
