Together we will explore what coping strategies you have used in the past, what worked and didn't work for you and I will assist you in refining these and learning new ones. We will process together how your life's experiences have effected you and your mental health and outlook on life.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, relaxation and meditation, Solution Focused as well as other evidenced based and research back techniques when working with clients.

One of my biggest strengths is accepting people where they are in life and who they are. I have extensive experience working with people from all walks of life from people that work in various trades, professionals to people on disability.
