I have been in practice for over 10 years. I always find it a humbling privilege and honor when people chose me as a person to support them in their journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My counseling style is one of which comes from a strength-based approach to support you remember and identify the super star that is inside of you. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines client centered therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused.

It takes courage to seek support and my goal is to provide support to whomever is seeking to be the healthiest and happiest version of their self. I look forward to working with you! Supporting you identify the root cause of your challenges and how to address them is a journey I would like to support you with and have had the honor of supporting others with for over a decade.
