The first session will be an introduction to therapy, where we tailor the treatment plan, and create unique goals.

My approach includes a holistic understanding of how the mind, body, and spirit supports healing. I offer an Anti-Oppression approach to healing. I primarily use a psychodynamic relational therapy style. I also support clients with a trauma informed mindfulness, interpersonal skills, CBT and EMDR. I have personal experience of growing up working class, working in leadership administration, working in education, and working in social service. This unique background helps me to support my clients.
