Tired of being tired, feeling helpless, hopeless, empty? Life is feeling overwhelming or unmanageable? I understand and I'm here to say it doesn't have to be that way. This is a difficult step, accepting that something needs to change. Together we will navigate through all the things that are forming a barrier to your ability to feel whole. We'll address your mind, body and spiritual needs to get you to a positive place. You deserve to feel good, to have clarity in your life and to feel empowered. My goal is to get you to that place. Working together, we will develop a safe space to explore those issues that have made life feel difficult. In our sessions together, you will feel heard, understood and supported. I will provide you with compassion and guidance utilizing evidence-based treatment. I've worked with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, loss, addictions, parenting challenges, co-parenting transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, bipolar disorder and the list goes on. Every situation is unique, and I am here to understand and help. I appreciate the opportunity to work with you. I am available nights and weekends; hope to meet with you soon.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will be focused on learning about each other. I will work on understanding the main issues challenging your wellbeing and we will work together to build a safe space to address those issues. Together will develop goals for therapy and a personalized plan to help get you to a place where you will thrive. With support, guidance and the use of evidence based techniques you will walk away feeling empowered and focused.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Every individual is different and I will do my best to meet you where you are at. This means my techniques and approach to therapy will be determined by what works for you. In general I approach each situation using a cognitive behavioral method. This means we work on addressing your thoughts and behaviors. I also implement a faith based style to help support your personal growth and wellbeing. This is an opportunity for you to explore what is important in your life. Additionally we will discuss positive, healthy habits to help manage personal wellness.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My passion is getting individuals to a positive, empowered and focused frame of mind. Understanding we can all be resilient despite the circumstances we have experienced in life or feel burdened with. My strengths as a therapist are in working with individuals who feel beat down and overwhelmed in life. Those I have worked with express appreciation for feeling heard, understood and accepted. We work together to realize true freedom from those emotional burdens that have overrun our lives. We will implement a faith based, structured approach to healing. My goal will be to provide you with the tools you need to build a life of abundance, peace and clarity.
