Hi, I'm Tiffany. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 18 years of experience helping women navigate the emotional complexities of life, relationships and motherhood. My passion lies in walking alongside women as they move through personal transitions-especially the powerful, often overwhelming journey into and through motherhood. This is a safe and judgement free space. I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health— Whether you're preparing for a baby, adjusting to postpartum life, managing anxiety, or feeling lost in your identity, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with yourself. I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, but I also work with women navigating: -Relationship challenges -Parenting stress and burnout -Career shifts and identity confusion -Everyday anxiety and emotional overwhelm My approach is grounded in empathy, clinical expertise and practical strategies. My engagement is warm, real, and rooted in understanding of the unique pressures' women face. I create a space where you can be fully yourself-messy, vulnerable, questioning, strong-and know you are not alone. You're not "too emotional." You're not "too much." You're human-and I'm here to help you make sense of it all. Let's find your footing together.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, my main goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can begin to share what’s bringing you in—and where you’d like to go from here. Here’s what you can expect: 1. No pressure to “have it all together.” You don’t need to know exactly what to say or how to explain everything. You can show up just as you are—overwhelmed, unsure, emotional, or even guarded. That’s okay. This is a space for you. 2. We’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask some gentle questions about your background, what you’ve been experiencing lately, and any goals you have for therapy. You’re always in control of what you share and when. 3. You can ask questions, too. Feel free to ask about how I work, what therapy might look like for you, or anything you’re curious or nervous about. I have a story too! 4. It’s okay if it feels a little awkward at first. Most people feel that way in the beginning—it’s totally normal. Over time, it usually gets more comfortable as trust builds. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I’m here to walk beside you—not to judge, fix, or rush you. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is that my work is informed not only by clinical training and years of experience but also lived experiences. I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to the space we share-offering empathy that come from walking through similar challenges, not just studying them.
