What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will involve orientation to the process of therapy with me as well as collection of information. During this time, we will get to know each other and will determine if we are a good fit to work with each other. I will lay out what I believe the next steps will look like as well as answer any questions you have about the process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a therapist is my calm and welcoming demeanor. I have a way of creating an environment that is non-judgemental which allows my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in a secure environment. I am a very flexible and creative thinker which I believe is conducive to this practice. I recognize that at times prospective clients have had negative experiences with past therapists or specific interventions. I like to spend time learning about this so that we can partner and create a dynamic that is best for you!
