In our initial therapy session, we will have the opportunity to build a connection and lay the foundation for your personalized treatment plan. Having worked as a behavioral therapist at a well-known diabetes institute, dialysis clinic and weight management program for many years, I have extensive experience in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist patients with chronic illnesses, depression, and anxiety.
