My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, , past trauma, relationship issues, or life transitions, I strive to create a supportive space where healing and growth are possible. I believe in empowering clients with both insight and practical strategies to foster lasting change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I aim to give you the opportunity to share as much or as little as you would like in a safe non-judgmental space. I will gather the information necessary to assist you in determining your goals for therapy and the best way I can assist you in achieving your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strength as a therapist is creating a space where a person can be seen and heard. I also believe in developing a strong collaborative therapeutic relationship where I will provide gentle feedback and guidance.

My treatment methods

EMDR

EMDR is a form of therapy that allows for efficient treatment of anxiety and trauma. Different from talk therapy, EMDR utilizes a more holistic approach addressing the symptoms as a whole.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT addresses thought and behaviors that may affect a persons ability to cope and function at their best.
