I am a licensed therapist working in Arizona and Colorado. I received my Master's degree in Community Counseling from Shippensburg State University in 1989 and I have been helping people reach their potential since that time. I work primarily with adults who are dealing with past issues that seem to get in their way to feeling good about themselves and their lives.
During the first session we will spend time getting to know each other and determining what areas you want to focus on. We will create an initial plan on how we are going to meet your goals.
I have an ability to connect with people in a way that creates a feeling of comfort and safety. I believe that each person has the ability to grow, and I am committed to meeting people where they are at so goals can be reached.
I work with adults who feel stuck and overwhelmed and want to move forward to be their best selves.
This is used to reframe negative thoughts into positive ones. Also used to combat common faulty thinking.

Sometimes we have situations that require us to determine what we want and the develop action steps to meet our goals.
