In addition, I have over ten years of experience working and providing psychotherapy to individuals with anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, life transitions, and self-harmful behaviors.

I am an expert in working with teens, young adults, families and major mental illness. I have a special interest in individuals who are going through transitions which include: First-generation college students, relocating and, dealing with grief and loss.
