I am a Professional Counselor licensed in Virginia, Montana, Washington and Wyoming. Over the past 20 years, opportunities from working at a home for teen parents and their babies, in schools K-12 and higher education, at an eating disorder center, as a grief bereavement and hospice counselor, and as a counselor internationally, have allowed me the privilege of developing a breadth and depth of experience in supporting clients as they change, grow, and adapt throughout their lives.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Come as you are. You may notice some discomfort, as therapy is a big thing to do for yourself and sometimes we have parts of us that discount or minimize taking care of ourselves. And perhaps some relief in taking the next step forward, doing the next good thing for you.
