What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Having worked with all walks of life, I've developed an opened mind to life helping clients to identify the root cause of their challenges and to create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I utilize the ACT approach and treatment, knowing this approach will teach new skills to help promote acceptance of intense feelings without relying on distractions or avoidance techniques. ACT doesn’t aim to help you manage or control unwanted feelings, thoughts, or physical sensations. It also doesn’t suggest you should “grow a thicker skin” and repress those feelings. Rather, it helps you redefine your relationship with them so you can do the things you want to do while allowing distress or other emotions to simply be present as part of your experience. In short, ACT can help you identify key values and explore ways they might guide your actions toward a meaningful life. You can then learn to make choices that match your objectives (such as giving a good presentation) and values (like success or professionalism) instead of your internal emotions (fear of failure, for example).
