You may look like you have it all together on the outside, but inside, you’re exhausted from carrying the weight of anxiety, self-doubt, or past trauma. Maybe you find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, or struggling to set boundaries. You deserve to feel at peace and confident in who you are. As an EMDR-certified therapist, I help individual process difficult experiences, break free from patterns that no longer serve them, and build emotional resilience. I integrate DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported. If you're ready to work through the past, manage overwhelming emotions, or simply feel more in control of your life, let's connect. Together, we’ll work towards healing, self-acceptance, and the life you want.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, what challenges you’re facing, and what goals you have. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. I’ll also explain how I work—whether that’s EMDR, DBT, or other approaches that fit your needs. By the end of our session, we’ll have a plan to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist, I create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I balance warmth and directness, helping clients feel safe while also challenging them to grow. My expertise in EMDR and DBT allows me to guide clients through deep healing work, whether they’re processing trauma, managing anxiety, or building emotional resilience. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, ensuring they feel empowered and in control of their healing journey.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with young adults who are navigating the challenges of adulthood while carrying the weight of anxiety, self-doubt, or past experiences. My clients are often ambitious and driven but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. They may struggle with balancing expectations, managing stress, or breaking free from patterns that no longer serve them. Through a supportive and collaborative approach, I help clients develop the tools they need to heal, build confidence, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In my therapeutic practice, I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a comprehensive approach that combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness principles. Working with individuals, I emphasize the development of emotional regulation skills, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. Through the implementation of DBT strategies, I guide clients in building resilience and fostering positive behavioral changes, empowering them to navigate life's challenges with increased self-awareness and effective coping mechanisms.

EMDR

In my therapy practice, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a therapeutic approach to help clients process and alleviate distressing experiences. Using EMDR, I guide clients through a structured eight-phase protocol, which involves identifying target memories, negative beliefs, and associated emotions. During bilateral stimulation, typically through guided eye movements, clients engage in the reprocessing of these memories, facilitating the integration of more adaptive information and reducing the emotional charge. This method aims to help clients overcome the impact of trauma and distress, promoting psychological healing and resilience. Regular assessment and collaboration with clients ensure that the EMDR process aligns with their unique therapeutic goals and needs.
