(she/her)
Are you struggling with this thing called “life”? Are you feeling more anxious than usual? Maybe you feel more self-conscious about this new role. Perhaps you feel disappointed with a loved one or you have just experienced loss. Typically, we don’t seek services when life is working for us, but whatever your issues may be, you are seeking help because what you have been doing is no longer working. I understand the burden of these situations as well as the stress and anxiety they bring with them. Together, we will remind you of your strengths and competencies, and invite new perspectives to help you connect wholeheartedly with your innermost self, treat yourself and others with compassion, and approach life’s challenges with grace. Transformations and changes are the steppingstones that allow you to realize your full potential. Taking the time to reflect and to gain a better perspective on your own life path helps shed light on what makes you unique. This insight makes it easier for you to be aware of your strengths and your limits, and you become better equipped to achieve your personal goals. Together, we will work collaboratively to empower you to overcome challenges, develop resilience, and lead a more fulfilling life. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to healing and wellness. I look forward to hearing from you!
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I want you to know exactly what to expect. Our first session is all about getting to know you—at your pace, in a space that’s judgment-free and supportive. You don’t need to have the perfect words or know exactly where to begin. I’ll guide us with curiosity and care. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s been feeling hard lately, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I might ask some questions about your history, current stressors, and your goals, but there’s no rush—we’ll go only as deep as you feel comfortable. Most of all, this session is a chance for you to get a feel for what it’s like to work together. My goal is for you to leave with a sense of relief, clarity, and the hope that things can feel different.
I work from a client-centered approach, placing emphasis on our client-therapist relationship. The approach I use to facilitate this process is based on a healthy relationship of trust. I provide you with a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe to share your thoughts and feelings. Throughout the therapeutic process, you will be accompanied in the discovery of yourself and supported in the assertion of your needs.
One of my greatest strengths lies in my people skills. I genuinely enjoy engaging with others and making meaningful connections. Whether it's through active listening, empathetic understanding, or open communication, I prioritize creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all parties involved. By building rapport with you and understanding your needs, I can tailor my services to best suit your specific requirements.
If you're the kind of person who’s always “keeping it together” for everyone else—while inside you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained—you're in the right place. I work best with individuals who are self-aware and thoughtful, but tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, or holding themselves to impossible standards. You might be the one others rely on, but you’re starting to ask: What about me? Maybe you’re navigating a life transition, struggling with burnout, or finally ready to unpack past experiences that still linger. My clients are often deep feelers, caregivers, perfectionists, or those who’ve always been “the strong one”—and they’re ready for something different. Our work together can help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make room for more ease, clarity, and self-compassion. You don’t have to keep pushing through alone.
