My education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Child Development. Over the past eleven years, I have gained experience working with many children, adolescents, and teens. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will start with introductions and discussions of the limits to confidentiality and the expectations of therapy. Then, we will dive into the specific challenges the client is facing. We will be discussing historical information regarding the symptoms, attempted interventions, family dynamics, school function, and social/emotional concerns. This will help create and tailor a treatment plan for the following sessions.

Over the past eleven years, I have gained experience working with many children, adolescents, teens, and families with varying levels of emotional and behavioral challenges, providing individual, family, group, and crisis counseling.
