I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides strength-based, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I provide person-centered therapy with a belief that each client is the expert in their own life. I have 15 years of practice in the mental health field and utilize a variety of approaches to assist others in reaching their goals including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Informed Care (TIC), and Positive Psychology.

During our first session, let's look at what you want and what you don't want in your life. After all, these are your goals, they need to be meaningful to YOU. Once establishing where you want to end up, let's explore your personal strengths and how those assets can be helpful in reaching your goals.

I believe that the best therapeutic outcomes are a result of a good working relationship between therapist and client. In forming this relationship, I exercise compassion and authentic hope in every clients ability to achieve internal peace.
