What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In your first session, we will have introductions and talk about the experience you expect to have in therapy. We will complete your intake to talk specifically about why you are seeking therapy or to help you find your reason. Our first meeting will be your first step to a better quality of life. After our first session, you may feel better after taking this first step.

My niche is individualized Person-Centered Therapy that focuses on behavior change. My Therapy is for all but Connecting challenging, progressive, and productive therapy is what you will experience as my client. I will give you activities, experiences, and exercises to put the feel-good in your life or back in your life we are a team we will do this together.
