What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. The initial sessions will allow me to gather information about your unique needs and life journey. This initial information exchange in a safe environment will serve as the foundation for building therapeutic rapport and treatment planning.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a clinician with a wealth of experience working with individuals and couples, I provide successful coaching and therapeutic interventions that will allow you to achieve measurable progress in healing and coping toward positive well-being; you will unleash true potential and embark on a journey to share your gifts with the world.
