To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself. You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want. I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session together will be spent getting some background information and getting to know each other to see if we are a good match. If you feel we have a good connection, we can move forward towards working on mutually set goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I work best with clients who are experiencing anxiety or panic attacks, self-esteem issues, coping with mommy burnout, and working through some relationship concerns. I give clients both immediate and long-term tools for addressing both the emotional and physical symptoms of anxiety. I help them role-play through ways to be better communicators of their needs so that they can improve their confidence and improve their relationships.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I utilize DBT to promote and understand the mind and body connection. DBT provides both physical exercises to help calm the body through high emotional states while also teaching interpersonal skills to improve communication and ways to improve inner dialogue and mindset to something more positive.
