Hello! My whole outlook on therapy is that everyone needs someone in their corner fighting for them, listening to them, and assisting them. This day-to-day life can be such a struggle, but I am here to help you. Whether it is with anxiety, depression, grief or stress. I want to assist you to learn how to handle any thing that life throws at you. I am a LMHC in Indiana. I have been practicing for nine years as a therapist. I have worked with clients from the age of two and up. All of my clients have had diverse backgrounds that not only caused them struggles, but helped me to see the differences in each person and to struggle on that individual. I am ready to help you, if you are ready to ask for help. Let's do this together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I will take my time to get to know you and your needs for therapy. We will work on building a healthy, successful therapeutic relationship.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Grief is by far my most favorite area of therapy. I lived it. I know it and I’ve had great success in helping others find their way through it. I also enjoy the use of coping skills to assist with anxiety and depression. This world brings a lot of these two things to us and I am here to assist navigation through it.
