Give yourself acknowledgement that the choices and methods you have tried are not giving you the results you desire. When you work with me I will share my 34 years of counseling experience and certifications to empower you to find the practices that will work for you, long after our sessions are completed.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I our first session, I will listen to and support your story. You will develop a better understanding of your feelings, emotions, and your story. At the end, I will provide you with a plan and specific tools to help you achieve the resluts you deire.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Everyone has a life story. My story has been deeply impacted by the loss of my Mother to ovarian cancer when I was just 15 years old. For the past 60 years I have studied, trained, and practiced the most effective ways to manage my grief and maintain my spiritual connection to Love, to God. My strength is my srong confidence that what I share with my clients has been proven to actually work.
