Everyone has a life story. My story has been deeply impacted by the loss of my Mother to ovarian cancer when I was just 15 years old. For the past 60 years I have studied, trained, and practiced the most effective ways to manage my grief and maintain my spiritual connection to Love, to God. My strength is my srong confidence that what I share with my clients has been proven to actually work.
Over 2 million American lives were lost to COVID, leaving more than 9 million family members and others experiencing intense grief. Unmanaged grief can undermine your ability to experience emotional connection, focus, creativity, and joy in your life. Many millions currently feel like they are in a spiritual desert, numb, disconnected, unable to give and recieve love at the deepest level. Let me help you find the tools that will empower you to find more of the peace and love that is already inside you. If you want more of what life is about, more of you essential identity and more creative ways to use your energies, you have come to the right place.
Grief is the way we honor a loved one who has passed. My 34 years of experience using Grief Therapy has helped people better manage the intense emotional pains of anger, bitterness, sorrow, numbness, feeling lost and disconnected.
CBT has been the basis of my treatment for 33 years as a psychotherapist.
