I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges to enhance their overall well-being. My practice focuses on those experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and trauma. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices to guide clients in exploring and reshaping maladaptive thought patterns. I believe in the transformative power of self-exploration and understanding. I am committed to supporting clients on their journey toward enrichment and fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. Following the first session we will have the opportunity to gain further insight into the challenges that you are experiencing and develop a plan. Clients can leave each session feeling confident.
Having the experience of working with adolescents and adults for the past 8 years I have developed a unique style to help each individual discover their own potential in identifying solutions to their problems. I believe each individual is unique and has the capacity to change and to heal. I strive to help my clients identify maladaptive patterns in their life and create change that ultimately shifts the way they feel and think, which, impacts the way they interact in their relationships and their life.
I enjoy working with women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, or life transitions.
