I am experienced in working with domestic violence survivors and complex trauma as well as elementary-aged, pre-adolescent, and adolescents with various presenting issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and adjustment disorders. My approach to therapy is client centered meaning that each individual, whether an adult or child, has full autonomy to make choices that either work for or against them.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A client can expect to walk away from a session feeling empowered and more in control of their ability to make choices that create positive change and wellbeing. I will be a great fit for you if you are looking for support and you are dedicated to making lasting change in your or your child's life.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My role is to provide validation and support to each client to aid in bridging the gap between dysfunction and growth. For children and teens, parental involvement can be a crucial factor to ensure lasting change. The amount of parental involvement in the therapeutic process will be dependent on your child's individual expressed needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I utilized a variety of interventions that best fit a client's needs. I am trauma and resiliency informed, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Informed, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Informed, and Play Therapy Informed.
