Getting to the root cause of this can be scary, yet extremely beneficial. Whether its trauma from childhood or an experience as an adult, or perhaps from something you may not remember, our life experiences influence our current wellness and how we interact with others. At times, it can seem as if we’re all alone and that no one understands us. But when you come to therapy, you’ll have a safe space to heal and grow. I look forward to hearing from you to see how I could help you as a person, or the both of you as a couple. So if you’ve read this far, why not click and schedule? Hablo muy bien español.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I will assure to validate your circumstances and communicate to you my understanding of your experience. Also, I can provide you with a greater sense of insight and awareness of your circumstance and experience that will be more meaningful to you. This way, you can be in a better position on deciding how to make necessary changes.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My approach to counseling depends on you as a person as there is no “one size fits all” but generally, I use a thought and emotion based, inter-relational, and/or solution focused orientation. This is done in a safe environment where you can process your emotions and problems; the counseling process is one space where emotional safety is provided. Take the first step by calling and we can get started on your journey towards wellness.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Throughout my years of training and former job experience, I have come to be more attuned with my own instincts and am very sensitive to the issues that clients present with. Being emotionally sensitive allows me to empathize with what my client is going through and am able to figure out the approach that is needed based on the presenting issue. Basically, the presenting issue, how it is communicated, signals to me what the client is needing.
