Hi, there! I know looking for a therapist is often a task filled with a mix of emotions and a test of patience, but you've made it! Thank you for being here! I am a therapist who offers clients the well deserved opportunity to speak their mind, surface the things that are not being said or felt, and process memories or situations in a safe, healthy, and productive manner. I help those going through life transitions, questioning their role(s), struggling with boundaries, communication or self advocacy, to bring their authentic self forward, nurture and heal any pain or barriers, and harbor insight. Whether it’s understanding, motivation, or just relief you’re looking for, I aim to guide you there. Feel free to contact me for a consultation. I am currently accepting new clients via telehealth video sessions, and would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about my service. Thank you, and I hope to meet you soon!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I may ask a series of questions to get to know you a bit better, and get an understanding of the barriers and challenges you are facing. Collaboratively, we will come up with a gameplan of our treatment together, addressing specific needs, process trauma/significant past situations, and challenge present/day to day issues.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment, solution-focused, and psychodynamic therapy treatment methods, which allow for a clear overall view of your unique life, and collaboratively we can examine past and present significances, and equip you with the tools to confidently achieve your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Some areas of clinical direction which you may experience in session incude: codependency, roles (family/friends/relationship/work), identity (existentialism), attachment, boundaries, and self advocacy. I often ask questions that examine where present behaviors and cognitions are familiar, which may lead to inner child healing, trauma work, and honoring the strength and resilience you may have forgotten you had.
