I'm a California-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). I received my Masters from Sonoma State University and have been practicing for 15 years. I have extensive experience working with client's residing in residential care, in-patient clients, outpatient clients, and juveniles in the correctional system. My goal is to inspire my clients to become the best version of themselves by identifying the root causes of their issues and helping them work through them.
From my own personal experience, and my education and training, I come to session with an open mind, a non-judgemental stance and an overall compassion for you. My goal is to create a therapeutic alliance in which you feel seen and heard in sessions. I treat my clients with the utmost respect to create an environment of safety and comfort. I understand that reaching out for help can be a difficult and vulnerable experience, and I want to assure you that I am here to support you every step of the way. During our first session, we will begin building the rapport that is needed to begin building a relationship that will help you feel safe throughout your journey. As a result of our first session together, my hope is that you will feel heard, validated, and empowered to take the necessary steps to move forward. Remember, you are not alone in this journey, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
I understand that navigating through the challenges of life can be overwhelming and stressful. That's why I have dedicated myself to helping you overcome any obstacles that you may be faced with. With my 15 years of experience, I have developed a empathetic, compassionate and supportive approach that puts your well-being at the forefront. My speciality is helping teens, young adults, and their families overcome at-risk behaviors, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. My passion is helping people through a depth psychological lens, working off of strengths that you already possess. I enjoy working with adults and families, but truly love working with adolescents and parents. I have extensive experience supporting client's struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, family problems, and engagement in at-risk behaviors.

I believe that working with the entire family, to overcome familial obstacles and struggles, is an important aspect of the healing process. Rebuilding relationships, and learning how to better support one another can be one key to success.
Identifying, exploring, and processing past trauma is a part of the healing process. I believe that learning how to safely manage, and then move on, from one's trauma is detrimental to one's well being.
