I provide individual therapy to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships stressors, and identity to stop overthinking, second guessing, people-pleasing, and holding back. Clients come to me to help untangle their thoughts and create a clear path to confidence, self-trust, and living authentically. Together we'll address the patterns keeping you stuck, so you can start showing up in life, feeling like your true self. Sessions are collaborative, focusing on the present and how past experiences influence it.
