Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based out of Texas, I am a mom, wife, daughter, and dog mom! I provide therapy virtually and in-person as well. I have a background in education and special education with an emphasis in autism. I work with Adults, children, couples, and families. I believe in a direct, practical approach with a bit of humor. I am excited to start our journey together!

Our first session consists of getting to know each other better by simply talking and having a conversation. I let you tell your story. We will work together to create realistic and meaningful goals that will guide our sessions. I strive daily to create a safe, comfortable space where you will feel safe, valued, and heard without judgement or fear.

I feel that one of my strengths as a provider is the ability to relate in a practical sense. When I connect with a client it's not just what I have learned in school but its personal for me.

I love working with clients who know they want better, they don't have to know what to change or how to change . We can explore that together .
