I am here to help you on your path of transformation and healing. My goal is to create a safe space for you to be authentically you. You are the expert on your life and I am here to help you expand on your strengths as well as hold you accountable for reaching your goals. I have been a licensed Social Worker since 2007 and am both a certified grief counselor and an ADHD services professional. Are you ready to do the work? What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session sets the tone for how our work together will go. We will review what you are looking to get out of therapy and how we will know therapy is successful for you, as well as go over any questions you might have.
