*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING* Hi friend, I'm Trinity! Are you a sensitive woman who struggles to keep up with your relationships, work, and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? Are you motivated to put in the work it takes to change your own life? Well, friend, I'm glad you're here. In my practice, I'm honored to provide mental health services for adult women who want to holistically address and resolve issues related to anxiety, depression, chronic pain, identity, career, life transitions, spirituality, and self-esteem so that they can identify what's not working, make some changes, and ultimately lead resilient, joyful, fulfilling lives. Weaving together many years of training as a therapist, creative writer, and nutrition practitioner, I want to see all the women I support thrive! Seeking therapy can feel scary but I promise you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with warmth, compassion, and a wholesome approach so you can overcome the challenges and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us to collaboratively create a tailored plan for us to work towards in follow-up sessions. This is a great time to ask questions, learn more about my clinical approach, discuss logistics, and establish a schedule for future meetings as well.
Having worked with adult women for the past 13 years, I've developed a tried-and-true set of skills for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress using my most loved tools (mindfulness, somatic / body based modalities, nutritional psychology, and expressive writing).
Your body holds so much wisdom. I'm passionate about helping you tap into this knowledge and harness the power available to you for life changing guidance. This skill set is one I've been refining for the last 20 years, helping women feel more capable of self regulating and improving their overall quality of life.
Similar to Somatic modalities, Mindfulness is the practice of noticing what your inner and outer experience is, free of judgement or attachment. Weaving this together with somatic approaches and therapeutic writing, this is a powerful way to help women reconnect with their inner wisdom and learn healthy coping skills.
