This may involve discussing your history, relationships, and any symptoms related to trauma, attachment issues, depression, or low self-esteem. Together, we'll discuss your goals for therapy. Whether it's improving mood, building self-esteem, or addressing specific trauma-related issues, your input will guide our focus. Throughout this process, my approach is rooted in creating a non-judgmental and supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Our work together will be based on mutual collaboration, respect, and a commitment to your well-being and growth.
