I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives; however, sometimes need an outside perspective to help re-frame our thinking.

I believe in focusing on the strengths of each person and building from there. My goal is to help people feel empowered to live a happier and more fulfilling life by working through their challenges.

Using Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused and Trauma- Focused approaches, I will help you process your emotions, thoughts, and experiences that prevent you from functioning at your best. I will help you to analyze your life experiences and develop skills that will allow you to cope and better address the challenges that life brings.
