My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

This treatment method has been very beneficial to patient's mental health when they utilize it in their daily lives. This method is used in my practice by teaching clients how to be mindful of their body and thoughts, book recommendations, journaling and teaching the importance of meditation and ways to meditate.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

This method is very effective and help patients to accept their thoughts, feelings and impulses. In my practice I discuss with patients how to use the acceptance method which helps them to move forward through difficult emotions, it helps them to heal and live their lives without judgement.
