What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will begin with getting to know you - understanding the current stressors or challenges that you are facing. We will also dive a little into your history with mental health treatment, a brief assessment of challenges in the past. At the end of the session, we will work together towards identifying a few therapy goals for us to work on.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with patients from many backgrounds and different traumas, Amanda understands the best therapeutic method is an integrative and collaborative one wherein the patient feels empowered to make meaningful decisions. She believes the therapy relationship is one wherein can deepen their understanding of their past experiences, trauma, and current life stressors.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.
