Psychodynamic Therapy focuses on exploring the unconscious mind, understanding past experiences, and how they influence present behavior. This method helps uncover deep-seated emotions and patterns, leading to meaningful insights and healing. By examining the dynamic interactions among various structures of the personality and bringing unconscious forces to the surface, we create space to reshape these internal drives, reducing the suffering they may cause when left unchecked. Essentially, this approach is about helping you understand yourself better and transform how your mind operates.


While I primarily lean into person-centered and psychodynamic approaches, I also incorporate concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness Self-Compassion, Gestalt Therapy, Art Therapy, and more.
