As a Trauma-Informed therapist, I believe Transitional Age Folx deserve support. I support clients who are dealing with past trauma or other disheartening experiences and want to rebuild confidence. I always start from a brave look at their unique strengths to develop and implement coping strategies that actually work. I have experience supporting adults, youth, and families from marginalized and institutional backgrounds. As a mental health professional, I advocate to break the stigma and bring awareness to emotional wellbeing & mental illness/instabilities, particularly within communities of color.
