I take a non-judgmental approach to encourage clients to share their personal life story and then compassionately challenge them to reframe their life story to define themselves instead of being defined by past and current grievances.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Initial sessions will involve encouraging clients to share their personal story, openly and honestly because there will be no judgement. Then we will identify the client's needs to be addressed with goal-oriented counseling.
