Are you feeling the effects of stress in your life with increased overwhelm, irritability, anxiety or health issues? These are important messages that let us know it's time to tune in and make some changes. At different points in our lives we all face challenges and I see them as opportunities to learn something more about ourselves, the impact of the past, and what we can step into that will bring a greater sense of calm, connection and confidence. The past 15 years of my 30+ years since I began in the fields of psychology and social work I have been focused on empowering women to understand more about themselves, their needs and how to rise above the past and reframe current stressors. As a Holistic Wellness Therapist, I am passionate about supporting women in identifying their needs; mind, body, heart and soul. My intentions are for you to be heard and experience increased levels of self-awareness, wellness and power within your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health needs. I provide a kind, caring and compassionate space for you to share your thoughts, feelings and dreams. We will work together to identify the areas where further exploration, education, and empowerment is needed. Ways to connect you with a greater sense of self-love, acceptance and authenticity. You deserve to feel good about who you are, what makes you unique and how to live your healthiest, happiest and most abundant life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session we will explore what is bringing you to therapy at this time, your history, review intake forms and office policies, assess the fit between us and discuss your goals. My intention is to help you develop new healthy habits that you can immediately implement so that you can begin feeling calmer and clear-minded. Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Some of the reasons I am a holistic wellness practitioner is because I faced challenges as a highly sensitive/empathic woman/career mom including infertility/loss, postpartum depression, anxiety, medication sensitivities, and an autoimmune condition and I feel strongly about assisting others in their unique self-discovery journey. My biggest strengths include inspiring others to view themselves and what's possible differently, embracing being unique, building resiliency, increasing self-love and acceptance and redefining dreams/vision. I intend to inspire you to embrace your unique journey and discover your inner guidance (mind-body-soul wisdom.)

Strength-Based

I utilize a strength-based positive approach with my clients to increase self-esteem and a shift in focus on what are the positive qualities that make each individual unique.

Transpersonal

I provide a holistic wellness approach to raise awareness of the empowerment that comes with developing a deeper understanding of and connection with your mind, body and soul wisdom.

Hypnotherapy

This is a new modality I have been implementing for clients ready to go deeper to explore and empower themselves in releasing old programs and built up emotions.

Integrative

I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional and will assess, educate and empower clients to make positive health-conscious choices around sleep, nutrition, exercise, breath work and mindfulness.

Mind-body approach

I provide education and recommendations towards healthier positive action steps and incorporate hypnotherapy sessions when appropriate.
