*I do not work with adults over the age of 26. I ONLY work with children, teens, and young adults up to age 26* Hi there, I’m Stephanie! Do you feel stuck in your current life or unable to move forward with what’s been weighing on you recently? Is taking a chance difficult and challenging? I aim to meet you where you’re at in your life and help you overcome the struggles and hardships. I help provide you with the tools to move beyond the anxiety, depression, family issues, academic challenges or substance use issues you might be facing. I have extensive experience empowering people to meet their full potential. I’m not a one size fits all therapist and will pull from a variety of different techniques and modalities to help you become a version of yourself. I work with people up to age 26 - Grow therapy does not separate young adults/adults in the search field. Please be mindful of this when booking an appointment!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will really work to get to know you and what brings you to treatment. The intake session will expand on your initial paperwork and help us identify where we start in therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I’ve worked closely with children, teens and young adults for the past 5 years and feel that this area is my biggest strength. I also specialize in addictions counseling and help those overcome the challenges associated with that.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT most often as a way to meet you where you are at with your therapy. We will explore the thoughts, feelings and behaviors of your presenting problems to help you move forward.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Sometimes we just have to accept what's going on and commit to moving forward in a healthier way. This is exactly what we will do with this therapeutic technique.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I aim to meet you where you're at. With person-centered therapy, we will explore you as a person and work to overcome your challenges.
