I have had the privilege of working with a variety of clients from many backgrounds and cultures. My primary goal is to facilitate your goals for therapy to see those goals realized. Lower depression, anxiety or resolve difficult relationships. I don't just teach clients to cope with their difficulty but help to resolve the roots of thoughts and behaviors.
Getting to know your agenda is most important. Let me understand what you have not been able to change and set a course for victory in that area of concern.
There is not greater need than to be truly heard, understood and validated. Your emotional realities are what you can be sure I will honor and work with in resolving whatever concerns you.
If you are struggling with difficult relationships in your personal or work life I will help you improve those relationships. If you are a couple who cannot get out of argumentative loops there is hope that the quality of connection can change in working together. If you struggle with sexual addiction, while it seems you cannot escape it you can and I will walk with you through the journey.
