Everyone needs support. Whether it’s finding your voice at work, setting boundaries with family or building self esteem- your goals are valid and it's okay to need support to achieve them. My name is Brittany and I provide a non- judgmental space for BIPOC individuals to set goals and process their past and current stressors to identify tools that they can use to feel successful in the future.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I help people move past imposter syndrome and burnout to find fulfillment, In addition to work-related stress and burnout, I also support couples in identifying what a sustainable, healthy relationship looks like for them.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I value culturally competent care in addition to a strong therapeutic alliance and aim for my clients to feel comfortable being their true selves when we meet. I utilize CBT and solution focused therapy to help client's see the results they want.
