Each session is 55 minutes long, and our time is dedicated entirely to providing you with the most enriching experience. With extensive experience in guiding a diverse range of clients, I've had the privilege of assisting individuals in their healing journeys from trauma, addiction, life transitions, grief, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and stress.

In Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I guide clients through using EMDR in reducing the trauma's emotional impact and assisting in creating more adaptive beliefs and emotions.
