Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Regina Koller and I am a dual credentialed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I am also a Certified Skills System Coach with specialized knowledge in applying therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of the neurodiverse population. I have 25 years of experience in social service and behavioral health care settings, with 15 of these years in direct clinical practice providing therapeutic services to a diverse population of individuals and groups across the lifespan. I specialize in co-occurring conditions and I am skilled in treating mood disruptions, anxiety, trauma and grief. I also have experience in supporting clients through life transitions, relational conflict, and identity development, among other concerns and/or stressors.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I strongly believe the therapeutic relationship is key in fostering personal growth and healing. I strive to create a safe space for all clients to feel accepted, respected, and included in their treatment. I come from a place of non-judgement and curiosity as I team up with my client to clarify goals and expectations for therapy. I view the therapy space like a blank canvas, as my client and I begin to create, learn, grow, and work towards a life worth living.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I find joy and meaning in my work with both teens and adults and I am known for building trust and rapport quickly upon introduction. I feel humbled and honored to be a part of a person's journey and greatly value my client's experience in therapy and often request feedback from my clients to ensure they are receiving the best care possible.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I have extensive experience working with both adolescents and adults. I have specialized training and certification working with individuals with co-occurring disorders and developmental disabilities.
