My approach draws from evidence-based practices—including Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—to meet each client where they are and guide them toward lasting emotional resilience and self-understanding. With anxiety, I help clients reduce overwhelm by breaking patterns of avoidance, building coping tools, and reconnecting with internal strengths. We explore what’s already working and identify small, manageable steps forward to regain a sense of control. With depression, I support clients in uncovering sources of emotional disconnection and rebuilding a sense of meaning, motivation, and self-worth. We focus on activating strengths, reframing stuck narratives, and finding hope even in the midst of heaviness.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy and listen closely to your concerns, hopes, and any immediate needs. This is a space where you can share openly—there’s no pressure to have it all figured out.
With 6 years of clinical experience, I bring both professional expertise and a grounded, compassionate presence to the therapy room. My strengths as a provider include Goal-Oriented Guidance, Deep Listening & Emotional Safety and Trauma-Informed Care.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and significant life changes by offering a warm, collaborative, and goal-focused therapeutic space.
In my work as a therapist, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in a warm and collaborative way, helping clients gently explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work toward small, manageable shifts that support healing and growth.
I help clients build on their existing strengths and resources to create meaningful change. Rather than spending extended time analyzing problems, I guide clients to clarify their goals and take small, achievable steps forward.
